Last September, we invited startups to apply for our first-ever “Go Kobe - The Next Kitchen 2023” program — and heard from nearly 50 food-tech startups from across Europe.

On the Demo Day, participating startups present pitches about their business models. Corporate partners can then connect with the startups to find technologies or services that could help with their innovation efforts. For the startups, this is an opportunity to work with a variety of major corporations and create new business partnerships.
